You start by growing your beard for just one month.

This is probably the most difficult phase of beard growth, plus the most uncontrollable. I would like you to simply give your undesired facial hair grow for Four weeks solid, no trimming! During this time you’ll discover the pace of growth hair follicles produce, which will show you your bearded potential.

Sometimes everybody is able to grow an excellent bodied beard but there’s only one approach to finding out – just let it grow. It is going to look rugged from the outset, you will get comments, and this will agitate you, but after this phase it gets good.

When i first grew mine once i started travelling. Nobody knew who I was, nobody knew exactly what a appeared to be so growing a beard was normal because no-one knew me otherwise. In case you have a length of your time where you will be far from home, this is a great possibility to get growing.

    2 week Itch

Around the Fourteen days period you’ll probably receive the 2 week itch. Once you shave, the cut can leave the information of the undesired facial hair quite sharp. As time goes flowing hair can curl thus hitting areas of your skin layer which leads to the dreaded itchy phase, the worst part of growing a beard.

    – Use beard oil

I would suggest using a top quality beard oil. It is going to condition your beard leaving it soft and healthy. It will also moisturise and hydrate skin under your undesired facial hair, eliminating beard dandruff thus avoiding any skin irritations. Be sparing though! Don’t use anything but maybe 5 pence coin sized drop importance of Beard Oil.. you really don’t need a great deal, it’s going further, and it will just help to make it much more bearable.

    – Avoid alcohol

Say what? No, don’t be concerned, I am talking about don’t use any products using a high alcohol content on your beard. This may dry out skin, that will then improve the possibility of itching, so avoid moisturisers with any alcohol content and go for the organic alternatives to get the best results.

Both these steps will keep the facial hair and skin healthy, and can help getting through the dreaded itch phase. Of these initial couple of weeks, make sure you maintain environment of growth natural for top level results, and also you work through the itch phase you should have turned a large corner.
