    Baseball, basketball, and football are all extremely popular sports and are played by all ages and genders today. In addition to the three activities listed above, there are many other sports activities people participate in on a regular basis. Something that is just as important as the sport played is the period of rest and recovery afterward.

    By now, most people know, if they push themselves too hard, they can cause serious and permanent damage to their bodies.     Nutrition

    Everything a person eats has the ability to either help to heal their body or to poison it. Eating balanced, clean meals in moderation is a great way to remain healthy while increasing performance abilities.
